Subscribers receive a dedicated phone number to exchange SMS messages and voice calls with a chosen AI companion persona. Messages include personalized responses, scheduled wellness check-ins, motivational messages, and conversational support as part of the subscribed experience. This service is intended for adults 18 years of age and older.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Friendspace. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Friendspace reserves the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
Program Name: Friendspace Companion Messaging
Program Description: Recurring personalized SMS messages and check-ins from your chosen AI companion persona as part of your Friendspace subscription.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your subscription plan and interaction preferences. You may receive multiple messages per day.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: Text STOP to your companion's number at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

By completing your subscription at friendspace.co, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Friendspace to the phone number you provide at sign-up. Consent is obtained via an unchecked opt-in checkbox on the subscription form at the time of phone number collection. This consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or account creation. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Friendspace is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via SMS.
Your use of Friendspace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
