By subscribing to Friendspace, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from your chosen AI companion. Message frequency varies based on your subscription and interaction level. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to your companion's number. Text HELP for support.

Important — SMS Consent & Data Sharing:

All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Your SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the Friendspace messaging service you have subscribed to.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers necessary to operate Friendspace:

Twilio (SMS and voice delivery)
Stripe (payment processing)
Anthropic (AI response generation)

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection standards. None of these providers receive your SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes.
